Am I Eligibile?
Moravian Center Adult Day is here to help older adults and families. We serve those who are 60 years or older (with some exceptions) and in need of one or more of the following:
– Assistance with personal care
– Medical oversight
– Structured programs during the day (social and recreational activities)
– Respite for family members
