Liz and Zoe

Zoe Bracci – Director

I have had the honor of serving individuals and their families for over 35 years. Working as a teacher, caregiver, supports coordinator, and service provider has given me the opportunity to work with amazing people of all ages in need of resources and access to quality programs and services. My experience includes working with students with special needs, individuals with physical or intellectual disabilities, and seniors. I have worked in programs that provided home modifications, home care, employment, accessible housing, and supportive services including medical support, social and recreational activities, and therapy. The goal of these programs are to enhance independence and support an individual’s desire to remain in their own home and community. My life and work experience allowed me to see firsthand the needs of seniors in Lancaster County, and the family members who care for them. Moravian Center Adult Day offers a warm, welcoming center, where those needs will be met, where each person is treated like family, and afforded the dignity and respect they deserve.
